We are committed to fair, open and honest business relationships with our clients. We understand that communication is key and will always ensure you as the client are up to speed with all developments at all times.
Communities
Community can mean many different things but to us it is the people we come into contact with while we are delivering a project. It might be the patients, visitors and staff of a hospital, residents of a housing scheme or students and lecturers of a college. We make sure our project plans take into account the people within the buildings we are working on and ensure our workers are polite, respectful and working in a safe and professional manner.
Environment
For us the environment is much more than a box ticking exercise. We have always done everything we can to reduce, reuse and recycle whether that is paper and power in the office, using public transport and low emission vehicles to travel to site or recycling paint, materials and cans on a project. To formally demonstrate our commitment we have obtained ISO14001 accreditation.
Suppliers
Over the last 13 years we have built successful long lasting relationships with many suppliers and that is because we treat them with the same respect we give our clients. We try to involve our suppliers in projects early on so that they become an integral part of the solution. We honour all financial commitments and feedback information that will allow our suppliers to improve their businesses and remain competitive.
Workforce
We always try to recruit operatives in the areas where we are delivering projects. We encourage operatives to continue their learning and development to further their careers. We understand that people have a life away from work and always do what we can to accommodate the needs of our people.
