Our experience of refurbishment to properties managed by Local Authorities, Housing Associations and ALMO’s has helped us to develop effective hard and soft procedures. For us a soft procedure represents the human side of a Housing project; making sure that tenants, residents and the broader community have a good understanding of the works that will be taking place. We also like project managers to be accessible and will publish the most appropriate contact details for the staff involved in managing a scheme of this kind.

In addition to keeping the residents up to speed we also take great care to ensure they are safe and that any work we carry out will stand the test of time, providing a high quality finish in line with the expected maintenance schedule.
